HireRight Continues Global Expansion with New Office in Dubai

HireRight, a leading provider of global background verifications and services, today announced the next step in its continued global expansion with the opening of a new office in Dubai. The new regional hub will enable HireRight to better serve its global customer base while also satisfying the demand for global background verification products in the expanding Middle Eastern market.

‘Our new Dubai location extends HireRight’s capacity to service our expanding multi-national client base in the Middle East and North Africa as our global growth trajectory continues to accelerate,’ said John Fennelly, chief executive officer, HireRight. ‘Establishing a hub in this expanding market fills a need for our large financial services and energy related customers while giving us the ability to enter a growing regional market that has been under served.’

As the workforce becomes more geographically mobile and diverse, employers are under increasing pressure to establish policies and procedures to verify candidate history and experience, especially as immigration and global recruitment grows. With 65 percent of surveyed employers reporting that they rely upon a global screening policy1, HireRight’s expansion in Dubai will support screening the types of workers expected to make up a large portion of the workforce in years to come.

With its new office in Dubai, and an established presence in the oil and gas, technology and financial services industries, HireRight will extend its ability to offer leading pre-employment background verification services to employers throughout the region and beyond. Due to the rapid growth of its client base in the Middle East, HireRight will use the office as a base for regional operations and continue to build partnerships in the Middle East.
