Place Vend’me in Qatar Uses Yardi Voyager for Retail Leasing & Accounting Management

Place Vend’me, a project by United Developers, underway in Qatar Lusail City, implemented Yardi Voyager’ 7S, a browser-independent and mobile-enabled Real Estate Software as a Service platform.

Place Vend’me, a Parisian inspired mixed-use development including shops, restaurants, hotels, a cinema complex and a family entertainment centre, will have a gross floor area of more than 4 million square feet.

Place Vend’me have also adopted Yardi Commercial LeasingPad’, an automated, fully mobile solution that shortens leasing cycles by combining contact and prospect management with portfolio health analytics.

‘Implementing the right real estate management solution was a key component in helping us deliver best in class retailer relationships and stakeholders’ engagement,’ said Sean Kelly, the Project Director at United Developers. ‘Voyager not only provides us with a platform for highly efficient property management, it helps us when working on retail operation strategy.’

‘Yardi is pleased to provide United Developers with a platform that allows management of a large-scale commercial retail project with a single software solution, along with the option to provide additional solutions to meet emerging business needs,’ said Neal Gemassmer, vice president of international for Yardi.
