Dara is always applying local and international codes of practice in every and each project; and has established a strategy of a third party review of an involvement for the complex structures and systems this allows the designers to have different points of view to be shared amongst each other and achieve optimum design solutions. As for the project budgeting and cost management we apply our internal program for multi- stage checkpoints; starting from concept stage going towards the tender stage, where we would have a close-to-reality budget comparing to the current market and price rates, and applying value engineering exercises as required in each stage and each discipline, and that minimizes the chances of surprising quotes for the project. This procedure along with other internal strategies provides a comfortable environment for our clients being aware at every stage where the budget and the revenue chart is heading environment.
