Since its inception, SDO Moçambique has invested in the creation and development of skills to adapt its knowledge to the concerns of managers of companies operating in Mozambique. Ultimately, agility, flexibility, and versatility are the strengths most valued by the firm and have acted as swift distinguishers in the market as a whole. Over the years, we have pivoted the focus of SDO Moçambique to consulting, and we now seek to have a systemic understanding of our market and the individuals needs of our clients, considering their internal culture and other variables. Although 2020 has been atypical and challenging year due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it has proven once again that it is by walking together that we can become more resilient in adverse times.
