4 MEA MARKETS / November 2017 NEWS , Riverbed Promotes Elie Dib to Regional Vice President for Middle East, Turkey and North Africa Riverbed Technol- ogy announced on the 2nd November the promotion of Elie Dib to the position of Regional Vice President for Mid- dle East,Turkey and North Africa (METNA) in recognition of his leadership of the regional sales team. On the 2nd November, Riverbed Technology announced the pro- motion of Elie Dib to the position of Regional Vice President for Mid- dle East, Turkey and North Africa (METNA) in recognition of his lead- ership of the regional sales team which has resulted in deeper pen- etration into key industry verticals including government, defence, fi- nance, Oil & Gas and most recent- ly, the retail sector. Dib will continue to report directly to Andy Elder, Senior Vice Presi- dent, EMEA at Riverbed, who said, “Through his tenure at Riverbed, Elie has held senior management roles, including responsibility for the channel and subsequently our entire operations in the region.
