The firm’s solutions have been implemented mostly on Government and corporate sectors, where they always require some level of customisation. Gupta begins by explaining the techniques the team at Secure World employ to ensure that the outcome will be an overall success. “It is very important to have number of meetings initially with all users, to ensure that we fully understand their needs and requirements with the problems which they are facing. Once we are briefed on all the problems, then we sit with our team to understand and prepare the scope of work. Following this, the scope of work is finalised and we then start developing the solution and implement it on the site for testing, in addition to reporting any issues that arise.” The UAE is the business hub, one which many believe that being established here enables you to explore more within your respected industry. Going into further detail about being based in the UAE, Gupta is keen to highlight both the challenges and opportunities which may arise from being based in the UAE. “UAE is the land of opportunity, as such we are the lucky ones who have been based here for a number of years to see all the developments. Specially in Government sector all advanced technology moves very fast. If anyone has a good solution which can improve the workflow and digitise the system, then they will have an edge in this market. We have made a diverse range of solutions which have been improved through many procedures, and additionally where some departments were struggling for the solutions and we proved ourselves there and got awards as well. “The majority of the companies here are the distributors or resellers in this market so client point of view is not to deliver the products and left. We feel that our distinguished point is to provide clients with any level of customisation, keeping them satisfied with advance technologies.” UA180134 Recently, Secure World were selected in MEA Markets UAE Business Awards where they were awarded the accolade Best Hi-Tech Security Systems Company 2018. When discussing the win, Gupta is keen to highlight what the recognition means to the firm, as well informing us of the reasons behind their success. “It is a great honour to receive this award, especially during this time in the UAE where competition is very much within the IT sector. We feel as though we always have a little extra edge due to our experience and technical team knowledges. At Secure World, we offer customisation through our professional software team, which provides extra help to clients.” Bringing the interview to a close, Gupta reflects on how the firm use new technology to help them provide the best possible service to clients. “Essentially, we are using AI technologies to provide the best possible service to the client. AI is very helpful to enable the right solution to the particular problem. As a result, we have servers where engineers can seek information based on a search word as well as uploading any materials does something other than the data which is available on server. We always have price distribution based on the maximum concerned information uploaded on the server.” Looking ahead to what the future holds, Gupta signs off by revealing what the future has in store for the award-winning firm, noting on the developments within the industry and how Secure World will adapt to these. “Within the UAE, I believe that everything will eventually become paperless. As such, we are focusing on this as it is the technological future in any company in UAE. “Moving forward, there are many plans in the pipeline where we want to grow in UAE as well in middle east countries and Africa region. We have few solutions on AI and IoT which will be very helpful in corporate sectors. Currently to name it will be difficult, however in four-five months we will announce the products.”
