Recently, we profiled the establishment and spoke to Manoj Padhi as we looked to discover more about the award-winning services Versailles By Raviz Hotel provides to their guests. Going into further detail about the company, Manoj begins by informing us of the areas Versailles By Raviz Hotel specialises in. “The Hospitality Division came into being in June 2006 with the acquisition of Versailles Hotel in Dubai. Subsequently in November 2015, another 109 rooms, four star hotel-Raviz Center Point Hotel was acquired. The third property, Raviz Crowne Plaza located in Dubai Marina is presently under construction and will be ready for the Dubai Expo 2020.” As for what makes Versailles By Raviz Hotel successful, Manoj highlights how the talented team of individuals work tirelessly to ensure that their guests receive the best possible stay. “The team at our Hotel in Deira- Versailles By Raviz believe in providing a great location, value- for-money services, attention to details and unsurpassed guest satisfaction. These factors have been loved by our valued guests and they keep coming back for more. “Our Chefs at the hotel provide delectable cuisine to titillate our guests taste-buds. We have Chefs from India, Philippines, Cambodia and Africa to ensure our target segment of guest is comfortable staying with us.” On the subject of the guests, Manoj explains the types of clients the company serves and how the team approaches them. In addition to this, Manoj is keen to reveal the role the staff play in the success of Versailles By Raviz Hotel. Our guests can be defined into three categories: Business Visitors, Leisure Family Visitors and Participants of Business Training Programmes. Our main source markets are India, China, Philippines, Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, Europe and Africa. Being in business since June 2006, we are a well-known hotel in our source markets. In addition to this, we are participating in several travel trade shows in our source markets to increase visibility. “As for our well trained team, each member plays a major role in delivering guest satisfaction and we constantly monitor them to ensure service delivery is at its best.” It is our belief that Guest is God and we have instilled this maxim into our team members. When discussing the challenges that the team have faced, Manoj notes on the difficulties Versailles By Raviz Hotel are currently overcoming, as well as envisioning the ones which occur in the years to come. “Dubai is the host state for the Expo 2020. In view of the need for enough hotel rooms for the event, there has been a lot of supplies coming into the Dubai hotel market. Arrivals have not kept pace with the supply of new rooms into the market. This has led to a temporary imbalance which has put pressure on Room Rates” Looking ahead to what the future holds, Manoj signs off by envisioning the exciting plans which lie in the pipeline for the award-winning company. “In today’s world scenario of competition and quick change, our plan is to constantly look at delivering both value and quality to our guests.
