UA180025 RiseAssist was founded by Madina Akhmedova in 2016 after 11 years of corporate career in UAE higher education and training sector. Her goal was to create a training and empowering center for women focusing on educating and ongoing community support. She and her team wanted every woman in the UAE who struggles to fulfil herself as a professional find a solution. After 11 months of research and beta-testing two different training programs were created: Careerist Executive Assistant, for women who want to build a corporate career in administration and VA/ Solopreneur, for women who want to start their own business from scratch or provide business support/virtual assistance to SMEs and entrepreneurs. Today, the team`s motto is: “Every woman that contacts RiseAssist should receive help in one way or another”. As such they offer every woman a full range of complimentary support options besides the firm’s training programs. These include career consultations, RiseAssist educational workshops and events, free e-books and webinars and access to RiseAssist Community where they can meet like-minded women. With regards to the future, RiseAssist has many exciting plans to develop and grow its service offering to support even more women in the business market. These include RiseAssist Educational Retreats, which will allow women to relax, unwind, refresh their body and soul, as well as acquire new marketable skills.
