Finding Her

Finding Her is a coaching practice supporting women who feel disconnected from themselves through motherhood, major life transitions and the weight of multiple roles. Founded by ACC coach Jennifer le Roux, it offers a thoughtful space for women to reconnect with their identity, strengthen self-trust and create lives that feel more authentic and aligned. Through one-to-one coaching, Jennifer helps women find clarity and move forward in a way that honours who they are.
