Oil exploration activities are rampant in Namibia and talks for setting up a refinery were held successfully with an interested investor to construct the first refinery in Namibia. During construction, the Company will engage the specialist services of a team of project, civil, and electrical engineers, facility management and safety experts from an external EPC Contractor. Engineering and construction will occur on site immediately after project sanctions in Namibia, with first production 2028.
