Founded in memory of a victim of gender-based violence, PurpleHeart Wellness was created to turn pain into purpose through healing, hope, and connection. We offer trauma-informed wellness support through counselling, psychoeducation, support groups, and workshops for individuals, schools, communities, and corporate teams. While passionate about GBV healing and trauma recovery, PurpleHeart Wellness is a safe space for anyone seeking wellbeing, growth, and support.
