Self-care Sanctuary

Self-care Sanctuary is a South African brand created to support mothers who feel
overwhelmed, stretched thin, or in need of rest.
As the founder, I experienced postpartum depression and I wanted to create something for
mothers that would help them on the hard days and to remind them that they can rest without
guilt. Mothers often put themselves last and that has a ripple effect.
I curate natural, locally made products and thoughtfully designed sets to make self-care feel
achievable.
