The Interns Association of Zambia

Interns Association of Zambia (IAZ) is a youth-led NGO established in 2018 and registered in 2021 to support interns, graduates, and young professionals. IAZ provides internship opportunities, mentorship, training, networking, financial support, and career advocacy while promoting better internship conditions and youth participation in community development. Our mission is to bridge the gap between education and employment and help young people transition into meaningful work.
