The LEARN Project

The LEARN Project is a South African non-profit trust dedicated to uplifting education through books and literacy. Our mission is to equip schools in need with reading books, sustainable libraries, and classroom book corners. We aim to place a book in every learner’s hand to inspire a love of reading and unlock potential. Based in Durban, we have donated 101,141 books, created 31 libraries, and established 359 book corners. Many LEARN libraries and learners have earned awards, and the Department of Education has recognised our impact. You can support us by donating books, volunteering, or contributing funds to help educate our Rainbow Nation.
